Spokane Valley
Incorporated in 2003, Spokane Valley is the youngest town in the area whose jurisdiction comprises a lot of land. There is a beautiful new town hall, but life happens spread our along the infinite east/west commerce parkway of Sprague Avenue. The largest mall in the area is nearby. Housing inventory runs the gamut from brand new, to charming brick, to 1960’s build on large lots, as well as horse property. Prices also run the gamut. You can find something appealing, for any taste, in the Valley.
